The proposed works to the dwelling house are predominantly to the rear or internally. The works include the addition of an attic space above level 1 and construction of a two storey extension at the rear and replacement outbuilding at goodhope lane boundary. The works involve extending the rear portion of building and reconfiguration of the internal layout in order to create a contemporary living space for the occupants. contemporary alterations and additions that incorporated a modern and open spaces to compliment and respect the original building.
